All practice units cover very important topics: A) Warm Ups to - protect your chops (wind instrument players) - make your fingers flexible & smooth - improve the sound of your horn - master more complicated keys B) Dynamic Studies to - pay attention to the importance of respecting the various dynamic symbols - create audible differences between the individual dynamic symbols - make music entertaining, not boring (by playing in ONE dynamic only) C) Rhythm Studies to - create ONE common language in music, taking into account the attached phrasing symbols
